It seems that our
Pseudo-Secularists have nothing to write or talk about except 'Hindu
Fundamentalism', 'Babri Masjid' and 'BJP'. I am sick and tired of their vicious
tirade against the BJP in particular and the so-called Hindu Fundamentalism in
general.
'Hindu Fundamentalism' is a
contradiction in terms. In the first place, the Hindus have never been
fundamentalists. The so-called Hindu Fundamentalism is in fact a backlash of
Muslim Fundamentalism nurtured by our pseudo-secularists.
Never in our history have
Hindus ever been ruled by the Shankaracharyas or the priests. They have never
interfered in the administration of the country. The Islamic countries have
always been ruled by the mullahs and the Islamic fundamentalist. Why has
democracy failed in all countries dominated by Muslims? The reason is very
simple. Islam never asked for democracy. You cannot cite a single Muslim
dominated country where democracy has survived for five years. If at all
democracy has succeeded and survived in any Muslim dominated country in the
world, it did only for a short while as in Pakistan and Bangladesh, thanks to
the Hindu influence and Hindu blood in their veins. 98% of the Muslims in India,
Pakistan and Bangladesh are ex-Hindus converted to Islam by force and violence.
Let me cite an instance of
Bangladesh which was liberated by India. Bangladesh was declared a secular state
by Sheikh Mujibur Rehman. What did happen thereafter? He was assassinated soon
after this declaration and Bangladesh became yet another Islamic country in our
sub-continent!
Now, look at the psyche of the
Muslims of our sub-continent. Wherever they are in a majority (Pakistan and
Bangladesh) they want an Islamic state and when they found themselves to be in
majority even in a district in our secular India, they demanded and fought for
an Islamic district, for instance, the Mallapuram district in Kerala which was
graciously granted to them by our pseudo-secularists.
The Muslim League which fought
for Pakistan as a separate land for the Muslims of our sub-continent, still
exists in India. It had and still has alliances with the Congress(I), the United
Janata Dal and the Communist parties. Can you ever imagine the Hindu Mahasabha
being allowed to function in Pakistan or Bangladesh?
The "Hindu
Fundamentalism" is a myth created by our pseudo-secular political parties.
What we are witnessing today is a reaction by the Hindus to the consistent and
increasing appeasement policy followed by our bogus secular parties, pandering
to the Muslim communalism.
Secularism is a much
misunderstood concept in India. According to Webster's dictionary, secularism is
a system of doctrines and practices that rejects any form of religious faith and
worship. Our 'secularists' use it to express exactly the opposite - respect for
all religions, a Hindu concept.
Ours is a non-denominational
state and not a secular state. There is no official state religion in India, but
due respect is given to all religions. Only atheists and agnostics, who
constitute a microscopic minority in our country, can be called true
secularists. How many of our people who profess secularism are atheists or
agnostics? Our 'secularists' dare not say that they are atheists or agnostics,
as they will lose the votes of all those who believe in one religion or the
other.
Babri Masjid is a monument of
Babar's invasion while Ram Janmabhoomi is a symbol of Indian Nationalism. Some
of our pseudo-secularists have gone to the ridiculous length of saying that the
explosive situation in Ayodhya was a reaction to our telecasting 'Ramayan'
serial!
For a change, why can't our
pseudo-secularists write on or speak about the demolition of several Hindu
temples in the Kashmir state, the migration of Kashmiri Hindu Pandits and their
plight in Delhi, the plight of the Hindus in Pakistan and Bangladesh, the
insurgency in Kashmir and Punjab aided and abetted by Pakistan and the demand of
the Shahi Imam of Juma Masjid for a separate land for Indian Muslims in India (a
la Jinnah) and his demand for a U.N. Peace Keeping Force in communally
surcharged and sensitive areas of India? Why are our pseudo-secularists silent
over such provocative statements?
It would be worthwhile if the
high priests of our 'secularism' like Sonia Gandhi, V. P.Singh, Jyothi Basu,
Mulayam Singh Yadav, Laloo Prasad Yadav, the Shahi Imam of Juma Masjid, Syed
Abdul Bukhari, M. J. Akbar, Syed Shahabuddin, etc. visit Pakistan i a
delegation, deliver sermons on 'secularism' and request Pakistan to end all its
aid to the Kashmiri terrorists.
