Hindus are, to a great extent, themselves responsible for the misfortunes visiting them throughout the last millennium. Hindus, who were the followers of the world's supreme way of life i.e. the Vedic Dharma, have today become the most hypocritical, impractical and the strangest beings owing to the many obnoxious practices that have crept into their way of life in the garb of religion. They are ready to spend crores of rupees on marriages and other unproductive, practically useless ceremonies, but feel shy in loosening their purse-strings when it comes to defend their own society and Dharma. This is why the Hindus could easily be enslaved in the past.

A comparative look into the Hindu and Muslim mentalities is called for. Most Hindus are of the opinion - Why should we be bothered about what others do? If they are wrong why should we imitate them and make the same mistake? If others are not concerned about you, you certainly need not be bothered about what they do. But when religions and faiths that consider you their inveterate enemies do exist and abound, wish to crush you, keep plotting your demise, then you certainly cannot ignore them. You have to wake up and take note of what they are up to. What is the secret behind their strength, aggressiveness and never-ending source of funds? What are their plans and intentions? What are the weaknesses we suffer from? And to acquire an in-depth knowledge of all these things, a comparative analysis becomes inevitable.

HINDU MENTALITY	MUSLIM MENTALITY
Hindus keep talking of "Sarva Dharma Sambhaav" and "Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam".	Muslims are concerned only with the brotherhood of Muslims. The other religions are considered as enemies. Islam has never accepted equality with any other religion.
A Hindu considers even an enemy as a friend.	Muslims consider enemies only. No compromise of any kind with the enemy is acceptable to them.
A Hindu does not readily venture monetary help to those Hindus who are engaged in the task of protecting and strengthening Hindu society. Instead of encouraging them or boosting their morale, he calls such nationalist Hindus all sorts of names and dubs them 'communal'.	Those Muslims engaged in any sort of service to the Muslim society are worshipped by their fellow-Muslims and are showered with money. Their enthusiasm is also boosted continuously.
Hindus do not show much enthusiasm to participate in elections and to elect a true leader who will promote their interests.	Muslims are always eager to vote and bring to power a leader who will serve their interests.
One Hindu does not readily help another.	One Muslim is ever willing and eager to help another Muslim.
Hindus do build temples at place after place, but fail to defend them from vandals and invaders of other religions.	Muslims are ready to die for the sake of their mosques.
Even during religious festivals, wealthy Hindus do not help poor and needy Hindus.	During their religious festivals, wealthy Muslims donate food and clothes to needy and poor Muslims.
A Hindu does not permit a Dalit Hindu to participate in the religious ceremonies or activities that take place in his house. So long as a Dalit remains a Hindu, he will not be allowed to even sit near other Hindus. The moment he converts to Islam or Christianity, Hindus have no hesitation in welcoming him beside them. This is the Hindus' lack of fidelity towards their own religion.	Excepting marriage, a Muslim does not make any distinction between himself and other Muslims in the matter of religious activities.
If any Muslim or Christian becomes a Hindu, the Hindu society does not accept him into their fold fully - he is denied equality in food and matrimony. The mentality of Hindu society is so obnoxious that even if a Hindu who became a Muslim wishes to reconvert to Hinduism, Hindus are not eager to welcome him back to their community. Owing to this, many Muslims who wish to return to the religion of their forefathers are unable to do so.	Any individual from any religion becoming a Muslim is given a hero's welcome in Islam. In fact, Muslims give preference to converts from Hinduism in the matter of giving him their daughter's hand in marriage, because such an act is considered a great sabaab (virtue) in the Muslim society. This is the prime factor behind the rapid spread of Islam throughout the world.
If one Hindu is attacked or beaten, other Hindus simply watch the spectacle or shut their doors.	Muslims always rush to the aid of other Muslims. Not only that, if the Muslims of any country face any crisis, the entire Muslim world starts protesting and threatening.
When a Hindu is charged with rioting during communal riots no lawyer is ready to fight his case.	When a Muslim is charged with rioting, not only Muslim lawyers, the entire Muslim society, including women and children come forth to save him.
Hindus are riven with conflicts among themselves and hence do not have time to pay attention to the anti-Hindu activities and mindset of the followers of other religions.	Muslims too have plenty of internal conflicts, but are quick to unite against the followers of other religions, especially kaafir Hindus.
Hindus taking part in poojas, kathas, Bhagwat festivities, building schools, hospitals and temples feel contended at having fulfilled their religious duty and earned merit. Protecting one's Dharma and society is not considered a religious duty, nor do Hindus donate readily for such causes.	Muslims spend liberally in order to strengthen their society and religion. They act according to a plan whereby they can again rule India.
It seems that Hindus have started resembling the three monkeys of Gandhiji. He neither wishes to recognize danger, nor see or talk about it, nor face it resolutely. When danger strikes, Hindus look up to some divine power to rescue them.	Muslims are always alert to danger around them and in the event of a crisis, gather together like bees and become aggressive.
Hindu youngsters waste the precious time of their youth dreaming, discussing and pursuing worthless things like films and cricket, but have no time to even talk about their religion and society.	Muslim youth take foremost interest in the matters of their religion and society. These matters, for them, take precedence over everything else.
An educated Hindu becomes secular and in order to impress others, goes about parading his secularism i.e. rubbishing his nation, history, religion, culture and heritage.	An educated Muslim becomes even more religious but takes care to appear balanced and civilized.
Relying on fate and so-called prophecies, Hindus have neglected karma and have fallen into inaction.	Instead of relying upon mere prophecies, Muslims have converted focused action into a favourable fate for themselves and also strive to make their Quranic prophecies true.
Hindus keep inventing ever new gods, goddesses and deities of all sorts. Religion has become a soap opera entertainment for them.	Muslims do not even dream of doing such things. They believe in only their own religion and tremble in the fear of Allah. They are totally committed to their religion.

The slavery of the last thousand years has produced many deformities in the Hindu society like feudalism, exploitation of the poor and the oppressed, cowardice, lack of self-esteem and pride, inferiority complex, selfishness to the extreme, envy, etc. After independence, Hindus have been oppressed in the name of secularism and have been mentally tortured. This has led to their becoming more cowardly and ready to bend before injustice. The biggest enemies of the Hindu society are the Hindus themselves.

The 'secular' politicians, who for the sake of their vote-bank indulge in minority appeasement, are Hindus.
The politicians, who for the sake of their vote bank indulge in politics of reservation and casteism and further divide the already divided Hindu society, are Hindus.
The media, which instead of being interested in portraying the truth, is concerned only about filling its coffers and is clearly biased in its anti-Hindu/ pro-minorities stance, is Hindu.
The leftist historians, who are bent upon teaching the Indian history as documented by the British which is factually wrong and paints a dismal picture of Hindus and praises Muslims, are Hindus.
The human rights activists, who are only concerned with the rights of the minorities and terrorists, are Hindus.
The westernised, educated elite, who owing to their convent education and the education policy established by the British are alienated from their own culture and heritage and find it fashionable to call themselves 'secular' and denounce everything that is Hindu, are Hindus.

Hindus have really not learnt any worthwhile lesson from their enslavement during the past thousand years. By shying away from their mandatory duties, they are in fact jeopardising their future security. The terrible history is certain to be repeated in the future if Hindus do not mend their attitude, outlook and ways.
